The lighting of a motor vehicle has a major impact on how the vehicle looks thanks not only to the design of the headlights but also due to the type of lamps employed in them. As such it is no surprise that the wiring involved is becoming ever more complex. That is not only reason why many manufacturers use the CAN-Bus in their lighting systems. Troubleshooting in the system also changes correspondingly depending on the terminal configuration.
